		<description>Cyber bullying is the pattern of harm behavior to other (s) which is not accidental but intended that also has significant consequences. This harm is caused through any electronic devices such a computer or cell phones. In more simple words when people start spreading rumors about other person and as consequence of this the person affected starts being laughed at, starts loosing friends or simply start having problem with others and all this causes a big change in life. In the book they mentioned different stories based on real events where young girls&#8217; lives have been truly affected. Stories like this capture the attention of everyone such police, school, parents, or parents of course because the seriousness of the consequences even including suicide sometimes. Like everything this problem is also not taken seriously by some adult because of the idea the teenagers being teenagers. Other adults see bullying as part of normal life if they had experienced bulling when younger.  Unfortunately, many times bad things have to happen to give it the importance it needs. Bulling has many definitions since we all see and interpret thing different, however we all can agree that it is a malicious harm doing that involves violence, repetition and power differential. This society problem&#039;s target population is Adolescents. Bullying in general has emotional, psychological, and behavioral consequences. </description>
